Property Management & Tenant Coordination Agreement

Acknowledgement & Agreement

This Agreement is made between Leaseway (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and the above-mentioned Property Owner (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”).

By signing this document, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and services provided by Leaseway:

1. Scope of Services

Leaseway agrees to provide the following services:

  1. Assistance in connecting the Owner with verified and suitable tenants.
  2. Acting as a communication bridge between Owner and Tenant.
  3. Providing tenant coordination services for a period of one (1) year, free of cost.

2. Tenant Management & Coordination

During the service period, Leaseway will:

  1. Maintain continuous communication with tenants.
  2. Ensure smooth coordination between Owner and Tenant.
  3. Assist in handling routine tenant concerns and queries.

3. Property Monitoring & Visits

Leaseway commits to:

  1. Conducting monthly visits to the property on behalf of the Owner.
  2. Monitoring the overall condition and usage of the property.
  3. Reporting any visible damages, misuse, or maintenance needs.

4. Property Condition & Maintenance Updates

Leaseway will:

  1. Provide regular updates regarding the condition of the property.
  2. Inform the Owner about any required repairs or maintenance.
  3. Coordinate basic maintenance communication between tenant and Owner.

5. Rent & Payment Follow-Up

Leaseway will:

  1. Remind and follow up with tenants to ensure timely rent payments.
  2. Inform the Owner in case of any delays or issues related to rent.

(Note: Leaseway does not collect or handle rent unless separately agreed.)

6. Utility Bill Monitoring

Leaseway will assist in:

  1. Providing updates regarding electricity bills.
  2. Providing updates regarding water bills.
  3. Informing the Owner of any pending dues or irregularities reported by tenants.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Owner acknowledges that:

  1. Leaseway acts strictly as a facilitator and service provider, not as a legal owner or tenant guarantor.
  2. Leaseway is not liable for:
    • Any financial disputes between Owner and Tenant.
    • Any tenant misconduct, illegal activity, or negligence.
    • Any legal matters arising from rental agreements.

8. Owner Responsibilities

The Owner agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete property details.
  2. Execute all legal rental agreements directly with the tenant.
  3. Handle all financial transactions unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Cooperate with Leaseway for smooth service execution.

9. Service Period

This agreement is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of signing. Renewal or extension shall be subject to mutual agreement.

10. Acceptance

By signing below, the Owner confirms that they have:

  1. Read and understood all terms of this Agreement.
  2. Agreed to the scope, benefits, and limitations of Leaseway services.
